Snes Coin-Op

This rather ugly device believe it or not is a coin operated Super Nintendo (Famicom) and was found in various hotels and inn’s dotted around Japan back in its hey day, this SNES version cost about 100 Japanese yen (50p / $1US) for around 5 minutes of gameplay, which could become very expensive as time went on, after the jump is the original Nes version

The NES version featured the standard pads, and the Zapper from duck hunt and cost a more reasonable 100 yen for 10-15 minutes, maybe I should get one of these to put in the staffroom at work – I would make a mint!.
