Sega Teradrive
Back in 1991 Sega was on the crest of a wave with its most successful console ever the Sega Megadrive/Genesis/Doraibu, and they started to look into different projects to expand its market share, this is the Sega Teradrive and was an IBM PC with an integrated Megadrive console inside, users could play either the Megadrive, or use the PC at the same time and you were able to get the hardware to interact with each other.
Unfortunately the machine was only ever released in Japan (although Amstrad made a Mega PC – which was much the same, but in a nicer package, minus the hardware interactivity) and poor sales meant it would never reach European shores, This has made the unit VERY rare in gaming collectable circles which makes this excellent working example on Ebay such an amazing find, unfortunatly this one has already been sold to some lucky bidder, but keep your eye out at car boot/garage sales etc, you never know!!
