Rock Band

Harmonix the team behind the multi award winning “Guitar Hero” series on ps2 & xbox 360, have teamed up with Electronic Arts (EA) to bring us the next step in the Rhythm-action experience : “Rock Band” Rock band now not only allows the player to rock it up with a guitar, but also have theyre mates round to join in as a “singer”, “drummer” & “bass player”, if one of your group fails to hit a few notes they drop out, but can be dragged back into the game by doing solo’s etc.
it’s yet to be confirmed as to exactly how you will control the different aspects of the game, but EA has put theyre financial power behind the game and actually penned a deal with Fender to secure a “Stratocaster” controller, one of the most well known Guitars in the world

Rock band is coming to PS3 & 360 fall 07 (which as usual is about as definate as snow on christmas day)
