Nintendo Wii Finally Hacked

We reported on the first hack of the Wii quite some time ago now, which involved modifying a game save from the Twilight Princess game, since then homebrew enthusiasts have been busy making all manner of programs that can work with the Wii.

Now a hacker team that go by the name of TehSkeen, have managed to launch a boot loader into the Wii’s system which will allow those who want to use it, the ability to play copied games without the need to install a mod chip that circumnavigates the systems security, obviously we don’t support piracy in any form and we expect a hasty patch by Nintendo when this one goes live, that said if you’re interested from the development side check out the video below to see the code in action.
