Microsoft To Sue Woolworths

For those of you who have been leaving under a rock for the last month and a half, Woolworths has gone out of business, and whilst they have no money, one thing they do have is Xbox 360 consoles, and Microsoft want them back.
To try and get their stock back they are preparing to sue Deloitte (the administrators behind the collapse of Woolworths). Essentially an administrator would look at the assets a business has such as premises, stock, fittings etc. and sell them as quickly as possible to try and recoup the loses of the company and pay off the debts accrued, the problem is that Woolworths either haven’t paid Microsoft for the consoles, or owe them substantial debts and MS are going to try and seize back their stock before it is all sold off at crazy prices, should be an interesting little tussle!.
Let’s hope all the staff haven’t taken them home in lieu of wages already.
