Forza Motorsport 2

Forza Motorsport 2, was finally released on Xbox 360 in the UK, June 8th and I was at the front of the queue to purchase the xbox’s answer to Gran Turismo. Having been a PS2 to 360 convert I was eager to try it out, and I wasn’t disappointed. The graphics are crisp and realistic, the cars are more customisable than GT3 / 4, giving you the option of changing pretty much everything about the cars colour scheme, including (if your clever/patient enough) to add pretty much any graphic you like onto the car, I have seen Gears Of War designed cars popping up for auction on various forums already, The only downside to this feature is that the developer REALLY missed a trick, why can’t you just make a logo or design and stick it on a cheap memory stick and import it into the game??? it would truly have made the game unmissable, the decal feature is still cool though, but it just means that the only way to get something really amazing is to get some bloke to make it and buy it off them.
The live features are good when you can get them to work, as I have had quite a bit of trouble getting hooked up to games, maybe because it is so new, they’re were not many people available for matches, I’m not sure, but I hope they sort it.
Overall a cracking game, some minor faults but probably the best simulation racer on the 360 to date.
