Fight Night Round 3 for the Xbox360

Fight Night Round 3 is the third installment of the hugely successful EA Sports boxing game. With many of the tried and selected features still there and with the notable new features such as the haymaker punches, this round looks like it could deliver a knockout blow!

You can create your own characters, or start a career with one of your favorite boxers and build them up to their phenomenal highs. Play against friends in arcade mode or take on the world in xbox Live. With EA Sports extraordinary ability to capture the features of their captives, the phenomenal power of the 360 makes you feel it’s you in the ring, without facing the consequences!

For us there are 2 things about this game which make it a must have for every 360 owner.

Career Mode
Whether you create a boxer to look like you, or whether you want to bring back Iron Mike (Tyson) to be your player the career mode is an extremely fun game! You start off with humble boxing abilities, and absolutely no reputation whatsoever. A lowly amateur making his debut, you step up, train, box and scrap your way through the ranks until your world champion.

The path your character takes is completely up to you too. As the fight offers come in will you go for the popularity fight or the big money fight? Is your career money orientated or are you doing it all for the love of the fans?

Xbox Live
This is where this game really comes to life. You can either bring your own custom boxer to take on the world or you can play as some of all time boxing legends like Ali, Frazier or Jones Jnr. You can play at all weights and take on all comers and try to build up your Live ranking until you are ranked number 1 in the online world. You can also use your headset and microphone to talk with your competitor and enjoy a bit of friendly banter as you deliver that telling blow.

Overall
This is one game, that no matter how much you play it you’ll never put it down. Fun, highly addictive and easily one of the best games I have ever played. The features of this game will attract to everyone and not just boxing fans. A definite must have no matter what console its on!
