Chucky Could Be Coming Back

David Kirschner the producer of all of the Childsplay movies (5 in all) has hinted at a new chucky film, but this time, it wont be another sequel but a remake of the original! now before you shout “not another bloody remake” at the screen, this one is shaping up to be rather interesting.

Apparently the original writer is onboard (Don Mancini) and this new version is set to be truly terrifying, as yet no director has been confirmed as it is still in the very early stages, and may not even make it to the big screen but names currently being flung around include Takashi Miike and Rob Zombie the creator of the new Halloween remake movie, which has seen mixed reviews from the press (personally I liked the way it explored a different view of the movie, but it wasnt easy to compare it to the original as it wasn’t a like for like film) More on childsplay the remake as and when..
