About the Author

After graduating from Harvard Medical School, Crichton embarked on a career as a writer and filmmaker. His credits include `The Andromeda Strain’, `Westworld’,’ Jurassic Park’, `Prey’ and `State of Fear’ and the TV series `ER’.
