After.Life

We haven’t seen Christina Ricci for a while, and if the plot of her new movie comes true we might never see her again, After.Life stars Ricci and Liam Neeson (Taken) and sounds quite the sick and twisted tale.

Ricci’s character has a serious car accident and is thought to be dead, she wakes up on the morticians slab as the mortician (Neeson) is preparing her body, he convinces her that she is dead and that she is in some sort of halfway house, and he is a medium for the afterlife, whilst in reality he is pumping her full of drugs to make her appear like she actually is dead.

I am really looking forward to seeing Liam Neeson as a really deranged character, and after his excellent appearance in Taken, he obviously has the potential, I just hope that After.Life doesn’t turn into a run of the mill torture porn flick.
