3 Red Lights Of Death – Terminal? Not Any More

Many gamers around the world have seen the picture to the left, apparently as many as 33% of all Xbox 360′s get that problem, and a lot of my personal friends seemed to get them convieniently just after the 1yr warranty was up. but now thats not a problem
- the good chaps at Microsoft have extended the warranty on your trusty 360 to 3yrs, so if you bought one on the day of release, and you get the dreaded lights of death they will repair/swap it free of charge, heck they will even pay the postage, to be fair its about time, I know they had to beat the PS3 to the shops, but surely they could have banged out the first batch of consoles, and worked on a fix for the problems, and then recalled the others….anyhow atleast they have stepped up now, and apparently it will cost Microsoft to the tune of approx $1.5bn ….phew
