Bioshock

Bioshock
Bioshock is a new First person shooter coming to the Xbox360, later in the year. I was lucky enough to catch a video of this awesome new game, and it looks like its going to be a huge hit.
The premise of the game is the obvious shooting etc, but also making your enemies turn on each other using various Plasmids not to mention the ability to use telekinesis to catch for instance a grenade mid lob, and throw it back at the agressor, or maybe a larger enemy. Read more

Halo 3 Beta

Well I’ve spent a lot of my recent 360 time playing the beta, and firstly…I suck at it. It’s not like I don’t try, because I really do, but I guess the other Beta players have been playing longer – brushing up their skills on Halo 2. The sad thing is that I really don’t care how lame I am at the game, I’m just hooked. Read more

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories – PSP

May 21, 2007

gta.jpg
For the very first time we see the debut of a popular Rockstar Games creation – The Grand Theft Auto series – on the PSP. This time the series unfolds with a new story and the sequel is called Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. Although packed in with a lot of enthusiasm since it enabled people to take such a popular game to the handheld level – the bigger screen PS2 release has been struck by criticism as it failed to meet the expectation of the critics after producing three mammoth Grand Theft Auto series prior to this particular release. One of the key striking factor however comes in the form of the price tag. A £20 price makes this game ultra affordable – yet many gamers wanted a superior polished version despite having to pay more.

Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Mans Chest For Sony PSP

May 21, 2007

pirate.jpg
As the Pirates of the Caribbean : The Dead Man’s Chest is breaking records in the movie theatres across the globe there is an unnoticed release of this popular movie into the gaming arena. Buena Vista introduces Pirates of The Caribbean: The Dead Man’s Chest into the PSP arena and lets the world carry the spirits of Captain Jack Sparrow into their backpacks. Expansions in the original movie story without making striking change in the overall plot; a lot of extensive swordfights, accompanying the quest of Jack Spirit to beat the evil Davy Jones and Kraken – all fails to meet up with the highly anticipated expectations as there are overall disappointment in almost every aspect of the game.

Resident Evil – Nintendo DS

May 21, 2007

resevil.jpg
In 1996, our Playstations were plagued by a horror beyond the human mind’s grasping. This horror was the first, the original, Resident Evil. Ten years, several sequels, and one mind-blowing remake later, this monstrosity has risen from beyond the depths of its grave to haunt our Nintendo DS’s in Resident Evil: Deadly Silence. What makes this game so horrific is really up to you: The multitude of relentless, warped creatures and blood-spattering cinematics, or the confusing, ill-presented plot and nasty voice-acting.

If you’re not familiar with Resident Evil’s basic plot, then shame on you. You bring dishonor to your family. Allow us to enlighten you in order to reverse this unbecoming ignorance of yours.
